Requirements
- Must be comfortable on the phones – will be speaking with unit managers, human resources, and C-level Executives
- Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize & execute on a plan
- Flexible, willing and able to keep up with changing priorities
- Associate’s Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Experience in sales or recruiting
Responsibilities
- Conducts proactive outreach to potential customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, social media, and job boards. Specifically, this role is encouraged to make 75+ phone calls per day, as well as engage in email marketing, social media prospecting, and job board prospecting.
- Identifies and understands client needs and challenges, and presents tailored solutions that address their current financial, operational, and workforce planning issues while aligning with their future goals. This involves using phone and email communication to establish rapport and build relationships with client contacts.
- Partners with cross-divisional sales team members and leaders to get approval or feedback on proposed contract terms, and coordinate to resolve client issues to ensure outstanding customer experience.
- Effectively communicates with clients to ensure timely and accurate updates on open orders, candidate availability, confirmed placements, and contract expiration dates.
- Advises recruitment and associate vendors through accurate order details and unit descriptions to ensure adequate candidate file flow so all staffing needs are filled within contract timeframes.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication with hospital clients to provide timely updates on open orders, candidate availability, confirmed placements, and contract termination dates.
- Develops, monitors, and evaluates the Annual Territory Plan by collaborating with Regional Vice President and other members of the Client Sales team to identify and overcome challenges in meeting revenue targets.
