Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of the Private Equity ecosystem, including fund structures, investment strategies, and operational challenges
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to navigate complex deal structures and long sales cycles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the PE market, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones
- Engage with key stakeholders, including General Partners, Operating Partners, and Portfolio Company Executives, to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align strategies and enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales approaches
