Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Continuously maintain a high-level of customer service
- The ability to identify further opportunity through appropriate inquiry and active listening
- Ability to multi task
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business program, or otherwise equivalent experience
- 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Working inbound requests
- Providing quotes on solutions
- Managing accounts within their region
- Working with a list of accounts to grow business
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Handling incoming phone/email requests from partners and customers
- Identifying appropriate solutions based on unique architectures
- Triage customer requests and uncover further opportunity
- Utilizing CRM to quote and track opportunities until closing
- Working closely with several other internal departments to ensure accurate and on time delivery of customer and partner orders
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
