Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years healthcare sales experience; capital sales experience is preferred
- Shown success in a direct sales capacity is a must
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- Confirmed product knowledge in business area
- Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company
- Must possess and maintain a criminal background satisfactory to the Company
- Ability to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result
Responsibilities
- Driving sales and services of Alaris Infusion hardware and software systems to acute care hospitals and IDN’s
- Build and manage relationships with key decision makers that lead to future business opportunities
- Expand existing accounts by selling new product offerings and/or extending relationships into new areas within an account
- Maintain balance in all areas of the sales cycle including account discovery, pipeline development, and driving new business
- Build and implement opportunity plans
- Consistently use all resources available within own business unit and involve other BD business units in consistently driving the sales process
Preferred Qualifications
- Capital sales experience is preferred
