Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive
- Demonstrated history of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota by effectively qualifying and advancing opportunities
- Robust understanding of data management solutions and AI applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
- Take full ownership of the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities
- Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify opportunities to expand Secoda’s revenue
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture sales opportunities
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in data management and AI to provide customers with insightful solutions
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts while tailoring Secoda’s offerings to fit each customer’s specific data environment
- Lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process while shaping the Secoda sales culture
- Represent Secoda at industry events and conferences
