Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in a mid-market role
- Experience managing sales cycles in the $50K–$100K+ range
- Strong outbound/hunting capability and pipeline ownership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
Responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly new ARR targets in a repeatable, high-volume motion
- Own a territory of eCommerce and subscription brands within Kodif’s Velocity Segment
- Run fast, consultative sales processes for deals in the $50K–$100K ACV range
- Balance a healthy mix of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Collaborate closely with BDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineers
- Communicate Kodif’s automation value clearly to CX, Ops, and Digital stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to eCommerce, B2C, or CX leaders preferred
- Background in AI, customer support, or CX tech is a plus—not a requirement
