Requirements
- An experienced salesperson with a track record of closing deals worth $20K+
- An entrepreneurial, self-directed learner who thrives in unstructured roles.
- An exceptional communicator, verbally and in writing.
- A fast learner who can grasp new concepts quickly.
- Superbly organized with a strong sense of process.
- A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas, not just following the standard playbook.
- You’re motivated by having a positive impact in the world.
Responsibilities
- Sell an innovative software product that helps cities and counties across the United States to serve their communities better.
- Build on existing product-market fit.
- Make an impact in an underserved, but societally important industry.
- Travel roughly 1x / month to close deals and attend industry conferences and events.
- Learn how to build a company from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional sales track record, especially at startups / fast-growing companies
- Experience selling complex software with $20K+ ACVs, including conducting product demonstrations
- Evidence of scrappiness and work ethic, a “whatever it takes” mentality
