Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and a desire to pursue a long-term sales career
  • A track record of exceeding expectations
  • An ability to articulate our product’s value proposition to SMB clients via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
  • A great attitude, self motivation, and a passion for growth
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • You apply a heavy dose of creativity and innovation to your sales processes, constantly iterating on your approach with each new deal
  • You invest significant effort in building strong relationships with customers and partners
  • An ability to work a hybrid schedule (Tuesday – Thursday from our Draper UT headquarters, with Mondays and Fridays flexible work mode)

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying SMB prospects by phone and email
  • Managing leads sent over from the SDR team
  • Sharing the value of our referral partner program with potential partners
  • No travel necessary! Sales are conducted via web conference and phone
  • No nights or weekends! The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday

  • You have prior channel sales experience
  • You maintain a balance of being a true team player as well as having a competitive edge
  • You have a positive attitude – you’re resilient and appreciate growth from adversity
  • You are coachable and have proven ability to take and implement feedback
  • You are a proven top performer in your prior sales roles
  • You understand how to organize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
