Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Sales professional with television/media sales experience
- Proven track record of success in media sales
- Knowledge of media math, TV impressions, and web metrics preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Wide Orbit Sales and Traffic knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic thinking is critical to the position
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and sell digital and OTT products
- Identify opportunities and close new sales
- Provide strategic advice to help new television advertisers get the best ROI
- Negotiate existing business and obtain incremental dollars from the existing market
- Build strong client relationships
- Complete administrative tasks such as weekly forecasts, monthly reports, new business trackers, OTT trackers, and weekly meeting forms
- Credit and collection of all accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of media math, TV impressions, and web metrics preferred
- Wide Orbit Sales and Traffic knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred
