- Experience in guiding complex software sales through internal and buyer stakeholders, managing deal sizes of $25,000-$100,000 ARR and sales cycles averaging 77 days.
Responsibilities
- Learn Parkade’s product and vision inside and out, master our value props, understand objections, and identify product gaps.
- Get to know the world of property managers and how Parkade can capture the opportunity.
- Leverage existing outbound and inbound sales channels, including working with SDRs, and conduct cold prospecting through various channels.
- Identify and adopt cutting edge technologies that help you get the job done better.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent startup experience with a track record of driving sales and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience selling software in the multi-family real estate industry with an in-person operational component.
- Background in parking, real estate, and/or property management.
- Passion for changing the built world and creating a safer, greener, more affordable world.
