Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on CPG
- Proven success in building and growing partnerships with leading CPG companies and agency teams
- Deep understanding of CPG advertising trends, including shopper journeys, programmatic buying, and cross-platform marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate digital media strategies into actionable business solutions
- Passion for the evolving CTV media landscape and how CPG brands can leverage real-time engagement
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key relationships with CPG clients to drive advertising revenue
- Create consultative sales strategies to demonstrate how Tubi’s advertising solutions—primarily in CTV—can enhance CPG brand visibility and consumer connections
- Lead full-funnel campaign development, helping brands drive awareness, consideration, and conversion through tailored media strategies
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI for CPG partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in emerging CPG marketing technologies, consumer behaviors, and digital innovation
- Mentor new team members as we scale our CPG advertising business to include tier one and tier two client partners
- Foster cross-functional collaboration in order to work effectively with colleagues from different departments and teams to achieve common goals, fostering teamwork, communication and shared responsibility
