Requirements
- 5+ years selling software to mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Owned enterprise software quotas of at least $1M+
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain the benefits of a service and simplify complex topics
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-starter who can act independently
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Enthusiastic about AI and preferably has an understanding of the GenAI landscape
- Fluent in English
- Another language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full sales cycle from initial interest or hand-off from BDR to deal close
- Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities
- Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned goals
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to identify client needs and provide product recommendations
- Stay up to date with the GenAI landscape, competitive landscape, as well as products, services and pricing models
- Accurately log, track, and manage outbound activities, opportunities, and account information in Hubspot
- Foster positive relationships with both internal teams and external prospects
- Build long-term trusted relationships with customers and partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup sales experience is highly desirable
