Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales. Prospecting/cold calling experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos.
- A strong desire to succeed and the ability to manage objections and push through challenges.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
- Willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using our CRM system.
- Understand client needs and present tailored BambooHR solutions to solve their challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to move deals through the sales process.
- Assist in negotiating deals and moving prospects to a close.
- Stay informed about product updates and market trends to improve sales performance.
