Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer programming principles and fair knowledge of at least one mainstream programming language such as C#, Go, Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with web services and REST APIs, and exposure with cloud/web application development
- Interest in developer relations, community management, or related roles
- Good written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interaction
- Enthusiasm for building relationships with developers and participating in technical discussions
- Willingness to contribute to and support a vibrant developer community
Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate the adoption of the Identity and Licensing (IDL) ecosystem and its REST APIs for various teams and customers
- Develop a strong understanding of platform technologies to engage in technical discussions and offer valuable insights
- Partner with senior engineers to analyze complex integration issues and provide systematic solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with developers and partners to ensure their needs are met and feedback is heard
- Provide support and guidance to help them effectively integrate and use our platform
- As the liaison between the developer community, partners, and internal teams, communicate feedback and requirements to drive platform improvements
- Ensure integrators have comprehensive documentation, guides, and code samples
- Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize creating needed documentation, ensuring high-quality integrations and addressing common developer challenges
- Develop and maintain web portals, tools, and SDKs for consumers and internal teams. Implement integration strategies through documentation, collaboration, and engagement
- Create tools and automation to debug issues and provide timely resolutions for developer queries
- Provide clear patterns and use cases to guide successful integrations
- Moderate and contribute to community platforms (e.g., Slack channels, Stack Overflow etc.) to encourage discussions and collaboration among internal or external developers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convey community feedback, advocate for features, and identify insights
- Help internal teams understand developer challenges and requirements to enhance platform features and usability
- Manage integration exceptions by organizing, tracking, and escalating as needed

- Interest in creating promotional content, such as videos, to showcase tools and resources
- Ability to share knowledge and demonstrate the value of our solutions. Willingness to learn how to present content effectively to various audiences
- Basic understanding or interest in community analytics and metrics to measure the success of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement
