Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Services, Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of management companies integrated technologies and ability to handle a medium to large client portfolio.
  • Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients consisting of property management companies and self-managed communities.
  • Train clients and junior bankers how to use bank products and provide troubleshooting and assistance with client’s software and integration.
  • Support the Operations Manager in account opening and closing, including but not limited to CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checking and Money Market accounts.
  • Collaborate with AAB Sales to build trust and enhance the customer relationship by identifying, recommending, and delivering bank treasury management products/service opportunities.
  • Utilize all resources to assist clients with account/payment research and lockbox inquiries.
  • Provide in-depth client training on all bank products, such as online banking, positive pay, ACH, and various bank portals.
  • Collaborate in a team structure and assist other members of the team to balance workload, actively driving the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Assist Client Success, Sales, and Client Transition team with association transitions between management companies.
  • Utilize systems and tracking tools to remain organized, ensure completion of all requests, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of related federal banking regulations and bank policies, procedures.
  • Actively participate in bank training and demonstrate retention of learned knowledge.
  • Participate in team projects, as assigned.
