Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Create a cross-functional 3rd Party Management team that includes both direct reports and matrixed employees.
- Lead initiatives to streamline vendor management and procurement processes, reduce administrative overhead, and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and eliminate duplicative vendor relationships and overlapping services.
- Drive cost reduction strategies through vendor consolidation, renegotiation, and strategic sourcing.
- Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and improve ROI on third-party engagements.
- Collaborate with business units to align vendor spend with strategic priorities.
- Partner with Supply Chain Management and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related matters across Global Operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure vendor solutions meet business objectives.

- Experience managing Third Party Risk Management programs
- Experience leading and developing a team of professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving vendor cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership skills required to lead complex functions across multiple sites and employee populations
- Experience presenting/preparing executive summaries, whitepapers, and presentations for executive management
- Skilled communicator with organizational savvy skills to influence and drive process and stakeholder improvements while being a strong collaborator and influencer
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills with proven ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques and possess critical thinking
- Proven success recruiting, inspiring, developing, coaching, and motivating team members through balanced leadership with a focus on team member engagement and retention and performance management
- Bachelor’s degree.
