- 5+ years of related experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience working with employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides line management with day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Consults with line management and employees, providing HR policy guidance when appropriate.
- Influences effectively across all practice areas on process improvement.
- Uses innovative, consultative approaches to make continuous process improvements.
- Helps and assists with compensation, performance feedback, and career transitions.
- Analyzes people metrics and develops approaches around strategic directions.
- Ensures the full life cycle employee transactions are performed (termination, transfers, promotions).
- Participates with onboarding activities and requirements of new hires.
- Collaborates with the HCM team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence.
- Partners with business leaders and stakeholders on performance management and employee development goals.
- Offers thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
