Requirements
- Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of purchase and sale documentation and associated processes required
- Automotive industries experience and knowledge of automobile terminology required
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software and Microsoft office applications
- Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally, employing a consultative approach
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with state agencies regarding title & registration related matters
- Develop & utilize 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing, adhering to multi-state compliance
- Leverage title & registration expertise to solve complex transaction matters
- Maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Contribute to smooth customer experiences, delivering a standard of white-glove-service
