Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with Workday, including configuration and administration
- Workday Pro Certification in one or more of the modules listed (HCM Core, Integrations, HCM Reporting, Payroll US or CAN, or Absence Management)
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs
- Develop and enhance Workday integrations with other internal and external systems
- Create, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations
- Ensure system compliance and data integrity through audits and best practices
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other partners to gather requirements and implement system solutions
- Train HR and business users on Workday functionality, updates, and best practices
- Mentor and develop HRIS team members by providing training and guidance on Workday configuration best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on system capabilities
- Lead and manage projects related to system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and system improvements
- Ensure timely and effective execution of system changes and updates
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business processes, and user guides
- Ensure compliance with data security policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to monitor system access and security settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
