Lead Workday HRIS Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with Workday, including configuration and administration
Workday Pro Certification in one or more of the modules listed (HCM Core, Integrations, HCM Reporting, Payroll US or CAN, or Absence Management)

Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs
Develop and enhance Workday integrations with other internal and external systems
Create, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations
Ensure system compliance and data integrity through audits and best practices
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other partners to gather requirements and implement system solutions
Train HR and business users on Workday functionality, updates, and best practices
Mentor and develop HRIS team members by providing training and guidance on Workday configuration best practices
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on system capabilities
Lead and manage projects related to system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and system improvements
Ensure timely and effective execution of system changes and updates
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business processes, and user guides
Ensure compliance with data security policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to monitor system access and security settings
