Principal Product Manager

5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Management or Product Owner
Previous experience working at both Startups and Enterprise/Public companies.
2+ years of experience in the B2B product space
2+ years of experience managing Products that have BOTH software and hardware components is required.
Experience managing B2B products for Healthcare clients is required.
Experience managing the entire Product lifecycle, from innovation to launch through end-of-life or redeployment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with and influence a variety of audiences
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a strategic product vision
Leverage deep technical expertise and analytical skills to make data driven decisions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Providing highly impactful individual contributor work.
Develop the product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize execution as we optimize for Moxi’s scale and reliability.
Establish a compelling product strategy and drive alignment and execution with key stakeholders across the entire organization.
Actively solicit feedback from our Customers and integrate it into future roadmap deliverables.
Provide complete ownership of the Diligent’s Product Roadmap, with a focus on how we can make Moxi increasingly reliable and better serve the needs of our customers.
Clearly communicate technical objectives to the Engineering team, by writing and receiving feedback on product requirement documents; as well as organizing/directing product road mapping sessions.
Oversee product planning and communicate project scoping, execution, issue tracking and customer adoption.
Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing teams to analyze customer needs and current market trends, and what this means for our product roadmap.
Leadership and management of the Product team including hiring, coaching, and development.
