Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Management or Product Owner
- Previous experience working at both Startups and Enterprise/Public companies.
- 2+ years of experience in the B2B product space
- 2+ years of experience managing Products that have BOTH software and hardware components is required.
- Experience managing B2B products for Healthcare clients is required.
- Experience managing the entire Product lifecycle, from innovation to launch through end-of-life or redeployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with and influence a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering a strategic product vision
- Leverage deep technical expertise and analytical skills to make data driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Providing highly impactful individual contributor work.
- Develop the product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize execution as we optimize for Moxi’s scale and reliability.
- Establish a compelling product strategy and drive alignment and execution with key stakeholders across the entire organization.
- Actively solicit feedback from our Customers and integrate it into future roadmap deliverables.
- Provide complete ownership of the Diligent’s Product Roadmap, with a focus on how we can make Moxi increasingly reliable and better serve the needs of our customers.
- Clearly communicate technical objectives to the Engineering team, by writing and receiving feedback on product requirement documents; as well as organizing/directing product road mapping sessions.
- Oversee product planning and communicate project scoping, execution, issue tracking and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing teams to analyze customer needs and current market trends, and what this means for our product roadmap.
- Leadership and management of the Product team including hiring, coaching, and development.
