Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with product-related issues, service requests, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and potential improvements
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
