Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, fintech and/or sales-led organization
  • Proven expertise in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, with a strong understanding of nurturing and engagement strategies
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to align goals and efforts
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • A data-driven and experimental mindset combined with curiosity and creativity
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to execute and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
  • Promote and manage our partner program by identifying potential partners and refining the program to drive higher levels of partner engagement.
  • Partner with the Content team to develop co-branded content such as case studies, webinars and thought leadership material
  • Create and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture prospective and current partners
  • Develop, implement and execute a partner communications and education strategy
  • Develop co-marketing strategies with strategic partners to drive customer awareness and acquisition.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies (affiliate marketing, sponsorships, white labeling, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales org to ensure a strong alignment between Partner Marketing efforts and lead quality/quantity expectations
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimise strategy and goals, from segmentation and targeting to creative and messaging
  • Partner with the Marketing Ops Manager to track and report on performance, ensuring campaigns are measured accurately and consistently
