Requirements
- Over 15 years of industry experience with a proven record of successful collaboration in a matrix team environment.
- A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license, or the ability to obtain one.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of Marsh’s construction practice by creating and executing innovative business plans that integrate construction expertise across the organization.
- Promote a client-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding client expectations while leveraging the full range of MMC resources for optimal client solutions.
- Actively develop talent within the team, fostering an inclusive environment and supporting career development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Build business plans that push boundaries and capitalize on growth opportunities by integrating Construction expertise across the practice.
- Determine operational and financial objectives in order to grow the business and contribute to company’s top and bottom lines.
- Implement and monitor short- and long-term organizational goals and objectives to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies.
