Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical consulting or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate and consult effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python (Pandas)
- 3+ years statistical background with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis
Responsibilities
- Uncover business opportunities through data driven insights and develop high impact analytical solutions
- Be a self-starter with the ability to independently explore data and come up with a step by step analytical work plan to get desired insights
- Design, execute and analyze A/B testing programs, iteratively refining test hypotheses based on data-driven insights
- Define, track and analyze KPIs that align with corporate financial objectives to measure project success
- Effectively communicate analytical solutions / results through compelling narratives and visualizations to stakeholders in an engaging manner to drive business decisions
- Lead project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, data engineering, data scientists to ensure correct implementation and alignment with business requirements
- Have an understanding of coding, GIT, documentation and QA best practices
