Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in large data mining and business reporting
- Elevated focus on detail, accuracy, and quality. Proactive self-motivated work ethic.
- Proven ability to multi-task and balance multiple workflows to meet deadlines.
- Consistent high performer with ability to meet strict deadlines and evaluate key metrics.
- Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders in a professional and concise manner.
- Microsoft Office – Experienced in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Participation and oversight for all Network team reporting processes
- Support sales and client management, ensuring satisfaction for assigned initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners as required in support of initiatives
- Involvement in Provider Network reporting (such as Discount Analysis, Geo Access Reviews and Repricing Analysis)
- Support on RFP Questionnaires
- Own monthly deliverables and ad-hoc projects/presentations to internal partners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in complex reporting creation in the healthcare industry
- Experience in leading complex projects
- Expertise in running Pivot Tables, Macros, and data migration.
