Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and consultation in HR matters in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, retention, policy administration, workforce planning and development, performance management and compensation
- Build leader capabilities in talent and organizational effectiveness
- Assist in onboarding and assimilation of new leadership
- Assist with monitoring multiple HR systems including corrective action documentation, rewards and recognition system, performance development system, leave system, HRIS, engagement system, and compliance systems
- Proactively provide analysis of data to monitor trending and benchmarking to determine areas of opportunity for business
