Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in commercial national property and shared/layered property program administration.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Property and Casualty License.
- Strong understanding of insurance coverages, trends, and best practices.
- Proven skills in problem-solving, relationship-building, and effective communication.
- Self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and implementation for property program renewals.
- Support sales executives in prospecting and consulting on new business to grow the Complex Risk book.
- Consult with clients on their exposures and coverage needs while ensuring compliance with E&O requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve revenue and procedural goals.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for internal teams and clients.
- Conduct client meetings, discussing exposures, coverage, claims, and other objectives while ensuring follow-up actions are executed.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and wholesalers, developing coverage solutions to enhance client programs.
- Collaborate with carrier and HUB loss control representatives to implement safety and loss control plans.
- Analyze client losses and work closely with claims departments to address concerns effectively.
- Provide high-level technical assistance to the service team as needed.
- Travel as necessary, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams is a plus.
