Requirements
- Minimum of eight years related business experience.
- Financial Services and function-specific experience required.
- Minimum of four years project management experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages programs or major workstreams of broad and complex process improvements and implementations on behalf of subdivisions focusing on investment projects.
- Develops, implements, and monitors complex project plans.
- Acts as a key contributor and drives the growth of various programs and processes focused on investment products.
- Acts as a division-wide process subject matter expert.
- Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements.
- Builds effective cross-divisional relationships.
- Manages the work and prioritization in the continuous improvement pipeline.
- Defines and develops clear success measures for each initiative and measures progress relative to those success measures.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
