Proposal Analyst – Level 2/Level 3

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience – OR – Master’s degree (for Level 2)
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience (for Level 3)
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance

Plan and manage proposal efforts.
Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications, company policies, and Government regulations.
Coordinates with contributors from cross-functional organizations to ensure quality proposals are submitted within customer deadlines.
Works closely with Program Management and Global Supply Chain to ensure supplier quotes comply with requirements.
Researches and critically analyzes large volumes of data using spreadsheet and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data.
Work with the proposal team to develop creative solutions to complex contractual issues.
Summarizes and presents detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings.
Highly organized and self-motivated with demonstrated abilities to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to present concepts and recommendations to all levels within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems and convert complex data to actionable information.
Detail oriented, but able to understand the big picture.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
