Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, including benefits administration, onboarding, and HRIS management
  • Strong ADP Workforce Now experience, with proficiency in the Onboarding Dashboard, Benefits Dashboard, I-9 Management, and running ADP WFN reports
  • Familiarity with processing background checks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with various HR tasks including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee inquiries
  • Utilize ADP WFN to run reports and maintain accurate records for new hires, including I-9 management
  • Assist with the setup and onboarding of new employees, including conducting orientations, processing background checks and managing pre-start documentation
  • Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and assist with related inquiries
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions on HR-related matters
  • Assist with office administration duties and other HR tasks as needed
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of employee records in ADP WFN HRIS system
  • Support the HR team in preparing for audits, generating standard/custom ADP payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Provide payroll information to management and/or employees requesting information
  • Enter and follow up on Direct Deposit Information
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of all information
  • Employee Benefit maintenance
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and submit data changes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience handling employee inquiries and supporting onboarding/orientation processes is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices and employee benefits is a plus
