Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of Aerospace and Defense Industry experience.
- 5 years of management experience in Functional Management, Engineering Management, Operations Management, and/or Program Management.
- Demonstrated capture experience, multi-disciplinary global business development, and strategy development.
- Demonstrated people leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to provide independent critical assessments, that ultimately result in better outcomes for the enterprise.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DOD (Department of Defense) Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead domestic and international capture teams to consistently improve probability of win, resulting in capture wins.
- Develop, refine, and implement franchise capture strategies and provide strategic direction to capture teams.
- Lead the Northrop Grumman advocacy in support of the IBCS Franchise.
- Drive the U.S. whole of government engagement on behalf of on-going IBCS domestic and international captures.
- Engage with the governments of countries with whom we have an on-going capture.
- Support the IBCS Franchise Investment Strategy & Management, to include performance tracking.
- Support the fiscal management of capture budgets, to include resource prioritization.
- Knowledgeable in Customer Relationships Management (CRM) tools (e.g. Salesforce) while following the process standards of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP).

- IAMD experience
- 15 years of industry experience in business development, capture leadership and/or program management
- TS/SCI Clearance
