Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic achievement

- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of learning & development initiatives
- Provide tactical support to the talent management team
- Participate in the planning & implementation of associate programming
- Learn the “why” for all talent management initiatives
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as proficiency is demonstrated
