Requirements
- Due to the nature of the contract, a US. citizenship is required.
- Favorable T-3, T-3R or NACLC adjudication.
- 4 years of full-time experience (including internships) providing financial management related services.
- Bachelor’s degree discipline: Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific or technical discipline.
- Previous experience using Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) is a plus.
- Unless otherwise noted, education and experience may be substituted on a 1:1 basis.
Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving financial transaction issues and discrepancies by researching and identifying potential errors, escalating as needed.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Training Management Plan.
- Assist in creating training materials, job aids, and reference guides tailored to client’s-specific processes.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of FM Suite training, including virtual offerings, and provide assistance during onsite sessions.
- Provide user support for financial system products, addressing common issues and escalating more complex problems.
- Assist in processing expenditures, including resolving routine disbursement issues (unmatched transactions, invoices on hold, etc.).
- Prepare and contribute to the weekly unmatched disbursement and transaction activity status reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) is a plus.
