Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
  • One (1) year of previous guest services and / or administrative experience
  • Proficient knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as standard office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the property’s core service standards and brand
  • Collaborate with managers to fully understand each assigned program
  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls warmly; assist with customer correspondence and requests
  • Prepare guest reservations and amenities
  • Enter program details into Amadeus/Delphi, including notes, events, and updates
  • Maintain files and manage access to sensitive and confidential information
  • Support the assigned Director and/or Manager with client interactions in their absence
  • Handle catering inquiries through phone and email communication with clients
  • Prepare and distribute the Daily Event Sheet based on BEOs to all departments
  • Complete and share reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Accurately prepare BEOs according to client and Manager specifications, processing any changes promptly
