Requirements
- Mining experience in the field
- Superior communication skills – both written and verbal
- Dealer-facing experience
- Understanding of Customer needs, perspectives, and pain points at the site
- Site performance, mining equipment manager (MEM), and product support experience
- 6 Sigma, Lean, Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) experience
- Knowledge of Cat and dealer systems and processes
- Ability to think through positives and negatives (risks) in all solutions ideas
- Leadership and Change management experience
Responsibilities
- Finding areas of collaboration within the customer’s solutions team
- Leading and executing key projects
- Focusing on the Physical Availability of Mining Equipment
- Championing the adoption and execution of Digital Performance Plus
- Developing a global Product Support plan
- Owning the MCOE Customer Solutions Metrics
- Providing Customer Solutions leadership to Dealer Excellence
- Coordinating the Customer Solutions annual budgeting process
- Mentoring/coaching Customer Solutions team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Product support experience preferred
- 6 Sigma, Lean, Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) experience preferred
