Requirements
- Deep expertise in employment law, compliance, employee relations, and leadership coaching.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to clinic and mobile operation sites across care communities as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating integrity in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Business Partner responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across care communities and mobile operations to align HR practices with organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
- Act as a leadership coach to managers, supporting their development and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist with initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct thorough and timely investigations into employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and onboard top talent for care communities and mobile teams.
- Drive change management efforts as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
- Regularly assess HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Provide responsive support to all levels of the organization, ensuring prompt resolution of HR concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations issues.
- Experience supporting healthcare or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
