Requirements
- B.A., B.S. or master’s degree, ideally in a marketing, business or communications program
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing strategy and demand generation
- Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary to meet commitments and achieve Marketing organization or personal assignment objectives
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Responsible for functional outcomes for one or more categories of the marketing plan
- Oversee the work of others related to your area of responsibility and may include direct managerial responsibility of a small team
- Collaborate with the other marketing colleagues, Growth organization leaders and other company leaders to coordinate and achieve growth objectives
- Define the messaging, creative content, marketing channels and marketing automation necessary to achieve objectives
- Achieves results with a high standard of professionalism including follow-through on commitments, positive, collaborative engagement with your colleagues, and working within Point B processes
- Mentor and develop more junior associates in the Marketing organization
- Develop and execute compelling and effective customer-first content, outreach and interactions for digital channels and Point B audiences
- Participates in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other Point B’ers both virtually and in person
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience and success in an individual contributor or leadership capacity in Marketing or Sales, preferably in a professional services business
- Can provide examples of quality content that you have developed that demonstrates balanced promotion of thought leadership and experience creating persuasive content with visual effectiveness and brand consistency
- A strong understanding of management consulting and/or digital engineering strategies, value frameworks, selling motions, delivery methods and profitability models and how Marketing can support and enable growth of services revenue and client engagement/loyalty
- Has expertise and thought leadership for Marketing processes and best practices and the ability to quickly synthesize value propositions and establish marketing strategy for assigned work
