Responsibilities
- Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- Communicate to Engineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
- Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.
- Assist Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering with purchase order system.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
