Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with the general public via ZenDesk’s ticketing system
- Experience navigating an ERP system (AS400)
- Ability to review and resolve product inquiries such as consumer replacements, order status updates, and expedite requests
Responsibilities
- Gain firsthand exposure in reviewing & resolving a myriad of product inquiries such as consumer replacements, order status updates, and expedite requests
- Work exclusively on warranty replacement orders for the home channel (i.e., defective, no inspection warranty claims)
