Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business area is required
- Minimum of 10 years freight forwarding experience.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution all operational tasks on time and on plan to support our customer success in a lean and cost-efficient manner.
- Implementation of standard processes and systems within the Air Station, and accountable for team adherence to customer specific IOPs and operational KPIs.
- Manage the performance of the operational and customer service activities within the Air Station.
- Maximize the Air Station revenue and GP through support of business development efforts, proper rate tariff implementation, and effective cost management.
- Coach, motivate and build a high performing team; lead by example, inspire and energize others; set clear objectives and guide team to achieve targets and performance standards; attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Actively build strong relationships with customers, and own local customer experience.
- In conjunction with NAM Regional Air Freight leadership team, define and implement local actions in support of product strategy.
