Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Operations experience delivering highly successful and innovative products
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, UiPath or Power Automate
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Experience defining and understanding A/B testing, funnel analysis, and go-to-market playbooks
- Technically proficient with SQL and/or other data analysis tools
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, design, operations, and engineering to create outreach and rollout plans
- Test new capabilities and influence the product/engineering team to update the roadmap
- Contribute to company OKRs and maintain & grow the health of our customer base
- Lead ad-hoc special projects with cross-functional teams
- Run analyses on launched features to determine next steps
- Provide feedback on the user experience to product and engineering teams
- Manage our community of professionals on the platform
- Stay up to speed on the priorities and coming product launches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Team Lead
- Experience working on growth teams and/or marketplace businesses
