Requirements

  • Must be a current Junior (rising Senior) actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program pursuing a degree in Learning and Development, HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications or related field.
  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • LMS Administration: Manage user accounts, upload training courses, and troubleshoot LMS-related issues.
  • Course Development: Assist in the creation and updating of training content, including storyboarding, instructional design, and quality assurance.
  • Training Documentation: Support the development and maintenance of training materials, policies, and procedures, ensuring that all documentation is up to date.
  • Data Reporting: Run reports from the LMS to track training progress, participation, and completion rates, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Content Curation: Research and suggest relevant materials (videos, articles, e-learning modules) to enhance course content and employee learning.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, coordination of learning events, maintaining calendars, and preparing presentation materials for training sessions.

  • Experience in content creation, animation, and/or graphic design
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment
