Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading large scale cross functional projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma with lean implementation experience. Green or black belt certification a plus.
  • Proven track record in crafting and delivering programs effectively across multiple locations with measurable results in fast paced environments.
  • Requires good quantitative and analytical skills; this role caters to someone that loves to address difficult and sophisticated problems while maintaining a level of simplicity within the solution.
  • Have communication skills to work effectively with all internal and external partners and collaborators.
  • Demonstrate ability to bring together and assess internal and external customer needs.
  • Experienced in MS Office applications, with strong abilities in Excel. SQL and Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently, self-motivated, and comfortable handling ambiguity.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines while supporting various projects.
  • Able to communicate clearly and boil down complex topics into clear problem definitions with data-driven recommendations, leading to large-impact decision making. This role should be able to easily communicate multi-directional, to all horizontal and vertical decision makers, within the company.
  • Proven record to identify and translate business needs into central initiatives and complete actions to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to be flexible to business needs and adjust/compromise plans as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Quality focused programs to support company-wide process improvement.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new cost and process initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Plan and initiate cross-functional projects to drive quality improvements from vendor supplied product through customer order delivery.
  • Balance multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously while keeping all partners up to date on findings/results.
  • Run scope of work, inputs, assumptions, and validation of all cost and defect reduction projects.
  • Analyze current process outputs to resolve correlation/causation factors that should be considered for improvement.
  • Benchmark standard processes and emerging trends to make recommendations on potential process, material, or resource improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of exempt program managers including those running concessions and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Green or black belt certification a plus.
