Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand design
- Outstanding brand design portfolio with examples of leading art direction for integrated brand and marketing projects
- Experience leading brand design teams in delivering marketing creative with best-in-class quality and consistency
- Impeccable eye for detail and understanding of typography, color, and composition
- Experience building and managing relationships with marketers and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience on a breadth of design projects, including campaigns, web, social media, and video
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Working knowledge of motion graphics, interaction, and environmental design
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality brand design for owned channels
- Guide cross-functional teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
- Craft high-impact brand marketing content in collaboration with the marketing team
- Expand visual design systems to create a holistic approach to typography, color, patterns, layouts, and imagery
- Advocate for brand clarity and storytelling
- Mentor and up-level the broader team
