Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, data analytics, and/or engineering role
- Demonstrated experience in cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology (e.g. working at a crypto company, in a crypto-focused role, crypto projects)
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Engineering, Data, Product, Legal)
- Self-starter with experience working autonomously in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Own multiple critical business functions, such as corresponding with trading venues, liquidity management, transfers, and custody operations
- Scope and/or build alerts and tooling around coin withdrawals and other functions
- Settle with our venues and set up wire transfers each day
- Be part of a 24/7 On-call rotation
- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, and design and implement solutions
- Document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures
- Work closely with our engineering, security, and product teams to improve internal and external products and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical skills (SQL, Python) is a plus
