Requirements
- ACNM Nurse Midwife Certification
- Utah state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Utah state controlled substance license
- Federal DEA Certificate II through V
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
Responsibilities
- Provide gynecologic & obstetric patient care in clinic
- Attend births
- Round with mother/baby and antepartum patients in hospital
- Admit, care for, and discharge patients from inpatient care
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of full scope CNM experience is highly preferred
