Requirements
- High School Diploma. Required
- 2-4 years Sales and goal based environment or related. Required
- 1 year of experience within a Branch Banker role. Required
- Other Banker Certification within 6 months. Required
Responsibilities
- Recommend bank products to new and existing customers, following the company sales process while accurately following established bank procedures.
- Identify needs and refer customers to business partners within and across lines of business who can best meet those needs.
- Ensure that new accounts are properly processed, and cross-sell opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Committing to consistently exceeding customer expectations with each client interaction.
- Grow assets under management by developing new business through proactive sales efforts with both existing clients and new customers.
