Associate degree in related field of study OR 2 years of relevant, Data Center support experience required.
Willing to learn new technologies and applications, required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, required.

Monitor all dashboards, datacenters, incidents, and changes, while documenting and communicating all impactful events to the client as well as leadership.
Surveillance of all data center sites, and communicate day-to-day security issues, respond to and address security issues as they occur, and communicate and create detailed documentation of all security incidents.
Support all incidents, changes, and service requests within the data center space.
Document all major incidents and teams involved in recovery within the data center space.
Draft concise, accurate situational reports, prepare and present briefing materials.
Coordinate with the Manager, Security Operation Center on physical access control systems, identity management, facilities access, and access needs for special events.
Monitoring of the data center space and reporting of any suspicious activity.
Coordination with on-site teams to take necessary actions during emergency scenarios such as weather, fire, and active shooter.
Work independently with little direct supervision.
Effectively listen to, understand, clarify, and resolve the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and leadership.
Work as a member of a team to continuously improve operational effectiveness, improve SOPs, and deliver support to the customer.
