15+ years of broad compliance and ethics experience, DOJ experience preferred.
JD required with active Bar membership, CCEP, CCEP-I and/or CRCM preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs and global third party risk management experience required.
Knowledge and experience with FCPA and other anti-bribery and corruption laws.
Knowledge and experience with privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA / CPRA.
Understanding of trade sanctions screening best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Demonstrated attention to detail.

Understand Bloom Energy’s global business operations and advise business leadership on risk mitigation activities under the global compliance and ethics program.
Drive timely and effective execution of compliance and regulatory risk assessments.
Drive collaboration and build relationships between the risk, compliance, and ethics team and various stakeholders within Bloom Energy and serve as a champion of the compliance and ethics program.
Support the development and execution of compliance-related training and communication programs.
Lead the third party risk management program.
Support compliance with global privacy statutes and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, etc.
Lead investigations and monitor resulting remediation actions.
Review trade sanctions and adverse media alerts.
Develop and update compliance and ethics policies and procedures.
Conduct monitoring and testing activities.
Review policy exceptions and approval requests.
Maintain regulatory obligations matrices.
Participate in special projects and broad company initiatives.
Contribute to the improvement of the risk, compliance and ethics function.
Work cross-functionally with Internal Audit, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Installation Group, Service, Products, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
