Requirements
- 7+ years experience or equivalent in Strategy, Strategic Ops, Management consultancy or other strategic roles that define customer experiences.
- 5+ years Leadership experience with proven ability to develop high performing teams by cultivating a ownership mindset and pro activeness in problem solving.
- Proven leadership in conceptualizing and launching complex global programs/projects.
- Deep analytical experience to drive development of key performance metrics that inform business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving Retail landscape to deliver on Apple Retail goals.
- Drive analysis of retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform future customer experience strategies.
- Innovate and develop only at Apple customer experiences through deep customer insight analysis and understanding of industry trends.
- Distill complexity to guide teams in creating simple and elegant solutions that can be adopted in Retail Stores globally.
- Own and drive the development of program and process improvements in partnership with global and geo cross functional teams.
- Collaborate with peers across the organization to help design, build, and lead the execution of future programs and priorities for Apple Retail.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for commercial enablement to enhance revenue, increased attach rates, and engagement —driving business growth through strategic insights.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity to be easily internalized for a broad range of audiences. Leverages data to drive recommendations, decision, and storytelling that resonates with internal audiences and leadership.
- Highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships. Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations to leadership.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA preferred – education is just one aspect of your comprehensive skillset.
